Application Under Review is a status meaning the employer has received your application and is still considering it. It usually sits between submission and a decision.

This status confirms your application is in the pipeline but has not yet reached a yes or no. There is little you need to do except wait and, after a reasonable period, send a polite follow up. Keep applying to other roles so one pending review does not stall your search.
