Refund Policy

1. Free Plan and Paid Plans

1.1 Free Plan: We offer a free plan that allows users to explore and experience our platform-service without any cost. The free plan does not require a refund process since it is free of charge.

1.2 Paid Plans: We offer two paid plans that provide additional features and benefits to our users. These plans require a monthly subscription fee. If you are not satisfied with our paid plans, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

2.1 Grounds for Refund: You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

   a) Faulty or Defective Service: If our platform-service does not function as described or encounters technical issues that substantially hinder your ability to use it effectively.

   b) Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions: If unauthorized charges occur on your account or if fraudulent activity is detected.

2.2 Conditions for Refund: If there are grounds for a refund, as stated above, then you must adhere to the following rules:

   a) Provide Required Information: You must furnish all necessary information, including the date of the first billing, the email address associated with your Loopcv account, the receipt of the first billing, the receipt of the latest billing, and any proof of account cancellation (if applicable). If applicable, customers should provide supporting evidence such as screenshots, error messages, or any other relevant information that substantiates the refund claim. Failure to provide the required information may result in the denial of your refund request.

   b) Refund Request Time Frame:  You can apply for a refund if no more than 15 days have elapsed since a payment was made. Please note that you are entitled to only one refund, which applies to the latest charge.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Submitting a Refund Request: To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team at support@loopcv.comClearly state the reason for your refund request and provide all necessary information as outlined in Section 2.2(a). 

3.2 Refund Decision: Our team will review your refund request and the provided information. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria stated in Section 2 or fail to provide the required information. Also, If the refund request does not meet the eligibility criteria or if it is determined that the issue is not within our responsibility, the refund may be denied. In such cases, we will provide a clear explanation for the decision. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe. We note that the time it takes for the refund to be reflected in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution involved.

4. Refund Methods

4.1 Payment Reversal: If your refund request is approved, we will refund the eligible amount to the original payment method used for the subscription. 

4.2 Non-refundable Charges: Please note that certain charges, such as taxes or transaction fees imposed by financial institutions or payment processors, may not be eligible for refund.

5. Exclusions

The following situations are generally excluded from our refund policy:

5.1 Change of Mind: Refunds requested solely due to a change of mind about using the platform will not be considered.

5.2 Third-Party Products/Services: Refunds for products or services provided by third-party vendors or partners will be subject to their respective refund policies. 

5.3 Non-active loops: Refunds are not entitled to users that they have not created any loop/s, or they never had any kind of activity within the platform.

6. Policy Modifications

6.1 Policy Updates: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective 30 days after posting the revised policy on our website. It is the customer's responsibility to review the refund policy periodically for any updates.
